On 29th June 2022 (Local time), in London, the United Kingdom, in the framework of the Vietnam – United Kingdom High-level Forum on Economy and Trade, under witnesses of Chairman of Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh and Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang, Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Ho An Phong and Mr. Howard Limbert, expert of The British Cave Research Association (BCRA) delivered a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in research, survey and discovery of caves in Quang Binh Province (in the North Central Vietnam).
