In An Chan commune, Tuy An district, there are currently two other beautiful islands, Hon Chua and Hon Than, but the farthest from the mainland and also considered the most attractive is Hon Dua island. After nearly 30 minutes of traveling from the mainland, the first impression that tourists have is the beautiful rocks with many interesting shapes, a green grass hill, and a crystal blue sea.
Hon Dua area is much smaller than Hon Chua, surrounded by rocky cliffs surfacing on the water. The east is Hon Chua island, the north of the island is steep cliffs and the south is a long sandy beach. On the island, there are many thorny pineapples growing in clusters and grassy hills, which is why it got its name “Hon Dua” (Pineapples Island).
