After about 10-15 minutes, the liquid plaster will dry and take shape.
The craftsman continues to cut off the excess details, after that, the formed trophy will be left to dry.
After about 3-5 days of drying, the worker will paint with layers of color and emulsion.
The gold-coated trophies will continue to be dried to prepare for the finishing stage.
The last stage, the worker will color blue the words FIFA World Cup at the bottom.
The real World Cup gold cup is 36.5 cm high, made from 5kg of 18 carat gold (75% gold rate), while the plaster trophy in Bat Trang has the same proportions, dimensions and image details as 95% compared to the original real trophy.
