Nguyen Phi Long, 18, of District 1 says this is a suitable means of transport for those who like to go slowly to admire the scenery and using public bicycles is also very simple, particularly as it only takes about five minutes.
Double-decker buses with open roofs take tourists to popular attractions around the city.
Like other countries in the region, double-decker buses are commonly used for city tours.
The operation time of the day service is from 9am to 6:10pm. Buses will depart every 30 minutes and ticket prices are VND300,000 for a city tour lasting around one hour.
